Cognivyn Infrasys LLP ("COGNIVYN") provides digital products, cloud-hosted software, AI automation pipelines, and engineering advisory services. Because all products and services offered are strictly digital, no physical shipping or physical goods delivery is required or conducted.

Fulfillment Timelines & SLAs

• SaaS & Portal Subscriptions: Account access and subscription provisioning are completed instantly or within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
• Consulting & Architecture Workshops: Kick-off confirmations and calendar invitations are dispatched via email within 24 to 48 business hours after booking.
• Custom Software & AI Pipeline Deliverables: Delivery schedules are governed by the project milestones and Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon in writing between COGNIVYN and the client.

Confirmation & Electronic Receipts

Upon successful payment processing, an automated electronic invoice and service delivery confirmation will be sent to the registered email address provided during checkout.
